Ice Cube talking about beefs including No Vaseline

[BlackGoku]

He said that he did No Vaseline right after Dre finished "The Chronic". They must have squashed the beef quick because Cube was in the "Let Me Ride" Video

People seem to forget that "Dre Day" not only dissed Eazy, Tim Dog and Luke, but Cube as well.

"Then we gon' creep to South Central on a Street Knowledge mission/as I steps in the temple/Spot'em, got'em as I pulls out my strap/Got my chrome to the side of his White Sox cap"

Cube repped South Central; his label was named Street Knowledge records, and he wore the White Sox cap. Still, I could've sworn that "No Vaseline" came out before "The Chronic." I think the Chronic came out in December 1992. I thought "No Vaseline" came out 1991.

No Vaseline did drop in 91. It was a direct response to the NWA Niggaz4Life "Benedict Arnold" diss in 91 as well.

"I started off with too much cargo, dropped 4 niggas now I'm makin all the dough"

You are correct Dre dissed Cube on Dre Day "As I steps in the temple" aka mosque as Cube was down with the NOI. And Death Certificate was released Oct 1991 a year before the Chronic
