steve kerr: nice guy. not too bright.

but, every individual is allowed an opinion. what's always troubled me about steve kerr's opinions are that he is a minority owner of an NBA club (phoenix suns).

as such, it strikes me as odd that the NBA condones/sanctions his gigs with TNT and yahoo, which gives him national and global platforms to market his "opinions".

numbers 1-5 all WORSTern conference teams? including his own?

7 of the top 10 teams on his list are WORSTern conference teams?

no conflict of interest? no steering of interest towards certain teams which translate into additional revenues?

Of course, this is Kobe Bryant's team, and unless he's on top of his game, the Lakers are going to be mediocre. But Kobe is always on top of his game, and a summer of rest and rehabilitation following minor knee surgery was probably the best thing for him. The Lakers have plenty of questions – particularly on the front line – but as long as Kobe is around, they're still going to be L,A,'s team, even if they're not as good as the Clips.
