I have about 40k and I want to open a small lending co. (loans from $300- $5000). So,I need someone who can get me pointed in the right direction. For example: right software, laws and reg, ways to secure loans and just all around advise. Im a rehabber and im trying to expand my income. Also, i will help u in anyway possible. Thanks!!
