I don't know about the latest and greatest foam mattresses but I own a TempurPedic Rhapsody Bed. They probably no longer make this particular model, mines is over 10 yrs now, probably due for a change, but still sleeps great.
You just have to flip it from head to toe every 6-12 months and you're good. You can't flip it over as the foam is layered at varying densities on one side for comfort reasons.
Others saying about a one sided mattress must be talking spring type mattresses cause mine was not cheap lol. You are not supposed to flip a TempurPedic
