I need a new mattress
I'm willing to spend whatever, for maximum comfort

I'm trying to avoid a box spring bed. My homie used to work at a Mattress store and told me that most new box spring joints are just recycled

I'd appreciate some suggestions!

If this is related to that bladder issue you posted about, you should probably just buy an air mattress. A more absorbent one may be more comfortable in the short term but you're gonna keep going through them. Or just keep the plastic on your next one.

I bought a Serta Beautyrest Black last year...best mattress I've ever slept on...when the broads come to my house and sleep on it they always talk about how good it feels

They have different ones but I spent almost $4k on mine but it's worth it. Go to a furniture or mattress store and try some out that's what I did

Don't be a cheap ass but you can be frugal …. expect to spend upwards of $3000 …. if it's got a 10yr warranty …. that's less than $30/month for something that you're gonna be sleeping on for 10 yrs if you spend $3500 …. make sure that it's warranteed for 10-15 years …. I just brought a King size extra firm for like $3500 from Matress Firm in September .... they ended up giving me one that was $500 more a $4k one cause the one I had ordered was gonna be delayed a week … and as far as that recycling shit … I'm pretty sure that they do that with the cheaper ones

sidebar: Labor Day is supposed to be the best time of year to purchase one …. google it to find other good times to buy one …. good luck

Make sure the bed height is as high as you can get it so all you have to do is roll off the bed and drop to the floor. Don't get a low height bed, your back and spinal cord will thank you for it.

Go lay on and don’t go cheap. I got a &1600 mattress for 900 and thought I overpaid until I slept on it. I’ll never skimp on a mattress or pillows again. Memory foam with cooling shit. Fire!

Most … a lot of bitches are clueless or won't spend for a good mattress …. don't even do the math that they're also gonna be on it for 10 or more years if they take care of it (the previous one that I had lasted 15 years)….. you'd be surprised at how many will buy one at a cheap furniture store (most likely recycled), spend like $800-1200 .... and think that they've made a "grand" purchase …. like they did better than everyone else that's paid thousands … and realize differently ... 2 or 3 yrs later .... much to their chagrin

Every one here knows that you slept on the ground floor of a barn before you worked your way up to the hay loft ….. after that when you got a studio apartment .... you treated yourself by using the back seat of a 1979 Chevy station wagon to sleep on .... straight from the scrapyard it sat in … getting moldy in for like 32 years .... with dog shit from the two pit bulls guarding the yard that slept on it

www.originalmattress.com

Two sided mattresses
Real flexing working boxsprings
12 year non-prorated warranty
No pressure sales, same price everyday

A one sided mattress is for cheap mofos and people that will find out that they gonna be buying yet another mattress way sooner than they thought … I've never …. even considered buying anything but a two sided mattress …. so much so, that until you said this …. I'd forgotten that they even existed .... only hole in the wall joints would even consider selling those shits ….. :smh:

you found out quick and kind of cheap …. and after sleeping on it …. you found out that you did overpay for it … it should've cost you $200 ....

you'll spend about 4k for a good bed

It needs to high enough to use your leg muscles. You will be jumping off and on 5 times a night to piss or eat.

You end up using your arms in a 90 degree angle or head which can destroy your back

I just purchased a memory form type mattress. I'll never go back to springs. Sorry don't remember ths brand name but the foam is nice.

BTW it's also very quiet, if you know what I mean.

Do not try the Sleep Number its a waste of money and the mattres can't be flipped.

You might want to seek the advice of someone who has had their mattress for over 4 years, to get a good perspective of value.

That point was made by me, and a couple of others Tony ….. I had one for 15 .... and stated not to buy no cheap BS .... which definitely won't last more than a couple or five ..... and to get one at a reputable joint .... not the local furniture store in the downtown area of your home city ...

I bought that mattress it's a California King...only problem I've had is buying a sheet set to fit it. Had to buy a set with extra deep pockets from Macy's. Nice thread count. Still haven't found a comforter big enough for it tho

Crazy thing was I remember this broad I was smashing had a similar mattress and I asked her what she paid she said $4k. I was ignorant and didn't know a mattress was that expensive. I ended up buying one and love it. When I got out the pen I was fucking hoes on an air mattress from Walmart for $70. I done came along way.

And definitely get one high up like I did. It'll save your back. I just slide off and land in my feet. I had to buy a step stool for the bitches. On a low mattress i used to put a bitch on that corner and back shot her to death. Can't do that now but that's the only thing i miss.

Dude … Macy's is "black womans prestige" thing …. like keeping up with the Jonses …. to be seen with a load of Macy's bags ... everyone but women know not to waste money at Macy's with their mark ups .... even during a sale you're paying more than it's worth .... very rarely is a real bargain gotten there …. I used to work at a mall store in my youth … saw the actual prices they paid on what they received right on the invoices at the loading dock ... they marked up almost everything 2-400% ..... go to Amazon .... you will find what you want there .... as well as numerous vendors to choose from ... if anything .... look at something in Macy's ... get the product name and information ... then get online and look for it

 .... Nigga wtf is wrong with you? Get a goddamn ottoman to stand on ..... she'll be impressed with fancy furniture too … "Ooooo … what's an ottoman?" you tell her it's sorta like a stage you stand on while you paint her

I don't own it yet, but this will be my next mattress.

These are 100% latex mattresses made from different density layers of natural Talalay and Dunlop foam. If you buy the 13 inch mattress, you can interchange 4 layers that can give you 24 combinations for a different feel.

You can call them and ask to configure the mattress according to your size, weight, and how you sleep.
