Whatever you heard about "college aint shit" today employers won't give you a second look if you don't have a degree. So first things first make sure you have that degree. If you just graduated try to get into Leadership Rotational Programs that a lot of fortune 500 companies do. Also network, NETWORK NETWORK, I can not stress this enough. If you ever get the chance join orginizations such as National Assoc. of Black Engineers, National Association of Black Accountants, etc. Most of these large black nonprofit orgs are a great way to network. If that does not work try the military and work your way up, it does lead to a lot of good things if you take advantage.
