I see a clear plastic bag of grass at the end of her driveway he might be working for her cutting her side of the lawn. You get grass in those white rocks it stains asap looks like they're working together to me. No matter the case I hate it when my neighbor has their grass cut in my yards direction its unnecessary blowing grass and small rocks anything else hitting my cars. I wish I was at home to do what she is doing.
