I do not understand why the Democrats are fighting over the "Dreamers"; leave that shit alone-

It is a millstone around the neck of the Republicans, and the longer it exists
the more it angers the Mexicans. If Mexicans vote in the way black people
do, the Republicans lose Texas this year. Mexicans make 30% of the Texas
vote; blacks make about 12-15%, and the rest of the non-cacs make 5%;
Right there, we have 47-50% of the vote... Since all the cacs cannot vote
Republican, even if 20% of them vote Democrat, Texas is gone. And with
Texas gone, so is the GOP...

And then there is Florida. Because of the racism of Trump, as manifested in
his refusal to repair their home after the Hurricane season, 300 000 Puerto
Ricans have moved to Florida, with no intention of ever going back home...
That number, if angry enough, is sufficient to turn Florida from purple in
most years, to solid blue. That would leave Georgia alone, as the last and
biggest GOP stronghold...

The Democrats need to become ruthless and allow the GOP to hang by the
rope it created with this Dreamer debacle...

After all, it is not as if the Democrats love the Mexicans anymore than the
GOP does... Obama deported a 1000 people a day, until shortly before the
2012 elections, when he halted the deportations, and cynically created
DACA...

Nancy Pelosi pointedly told Becera and other Hispanic representatives that
she was not going to get her Democrat members to "walk the plank" for the
Hispanics, when they asked her to bring up immigration reform....


Democrats need to be as coldblooded as the Republicans were, in their
opposition of Barak Obama

They are 40% of the population and 30% of the electorate.
The 30% can vote. I am not talking about the ones who can't
vote

I think the media is misleading many people.

When the media says Candidate A got 90% of the black vote, they never tell you how many votes were cast.
If 5 people or 5 million cast a vote, 90% is still valid sum. It may or may not be enough to sway the huge electorate...

What you said about Florida isn't true. Broward and Dade are blue, the rest of the state is red. Those Puerto Ricans aren't going to change it

We make that easy by not having a focused agenda that we can advocate/demand get done or focused on.
Get rid of the Christmas list and put forth atleast the top 2 things that should be done nationally. Somethings may need to be local based.

Statistically, blacks form about 13% of the electorate....

There is a big group of illegal immigrants who just stay past their visas.

Repubs don't protect American Interests, they protect their own interests and those interests of the ones who pay them

I think the media has conflated the term "illegal alien" very well as to where it takes on many different associations.

I didn't mention race when I said I want all illegal aliens deported. There was no need to. :dunno:

you lose context when you cherry pick what to quote.....the 2nd sentence is nothing with the first

Yvette Carnell put up a post of how some southern Black representative in her district only spoke up about DACA.
The kicker was that they (Hispanics) only counted for like 12k voters.
Black people were around 600k .

And y'all wonder why I feel like I feel about these Dems
 
I see both sides of the argument.

Giving Dreamers citizenship will reward their parents (remember, Dreamers are kids who entered the US when there were underaged) for coming here illegally. If they do that then what is to stop new foreigners from attempting the same thing.

On the other hand. Seems pretty inhumane to send someone to another country that they don't even know. If a Dreamer came here when they are 2 years old and is now an adult with family that has never been to another country, it is kind of difficult to say they have to leave.

Not saying there is a right or wrong to either argument. Just saying that I simply see the points of both arguments.

If anyone is illegally in the country, no matter where they are from, get out, and don't let the doorknob hit you where the Good Lord split you!
