I’m not one of these niggas... White Privilege Fail

I don’t understand. I mean I get the joke but what did she do? She is only twenty and had alcohol but didn’t even drink any, got beat up and choke slammed in front of witnesses. Baby almost got hurt. Was chilling with some black folks too. She didn’t say anything racial. Why are we clowning her again?

That cop gonna get in trouble. Give her a citation and take the alcohol. She didn’t wanna give her name and they tried (like pussies) to rough her up. That’s it. Why did it have to get that far?

These white niggas with badges are straight bitches.

I don't know if it's just me but it clearly sounded like she said, "I'm not one of these ******* that you can just beat on." At the end. Insert the N word with the hard R.

In not taking no type of damage to my person for $15-$20 an hour. Man, woman or child. If i was a cop, Get down and stay down, or ima put you down the safest way i can for ME. Fuck wrestling, ima knock you out! Yal act like woman can hurt or kill a man. What world do yal live in. Im 6'3 250, i had my nose broke by my 5'7 130 bm, being a gentleman. Gtfoh

Like the lady said, stop resisting. The case of beer looked like a cache of handguns. I think we should look at this from the cops point of view. He feared for his life when he saw all those damn guns.

in the midst of that beating she still had the urge to utter the n-word (near the end)

Resisting arrest is resisting arrest! The offender doesnt decide if they get arrested. Are you new niggas that dumb. Learn the LAW before you start saying what the police can and should do. Yal stupid as fuck if you the POLICE are going to stop using force. Like criminals are just going to start going to jail peacefully...gtfoh

First off, relax son. I ain’t no new nigga. I’m a straight out the gutter, hood ass project nigga. Born and bred. And yes, plenty of criminals go to jail peacefully. Without taking beatdowns or getting shot in the process. That white kid that shot up the school went right in without a scratch.

It’s not about what the law is and what Police CAN do, its about the color of law and what the Police THINK they can do. Ive been in court rooms with cops who literally have NO idea how far their reach is and overstep their bounds without second thought because they believe they have the right to. Ive hit authorities with paperwork that stunned them simply because there are statutes and rules and even civil charges that can can come from not knowing when to act on your badge rights and when to approximate the violation.

It ain’t about the force that was used, it was what led up to it. She had beer on her. So what. It was unopened. She was sober. She had a child with her and video evidence with witnesses. That merits a fine. That’s it. All those other charges will get dropped. Believe that.

I walked outta court smiling plenty of times without issue because the cops fucked up somewhere by being too aggressive. It happens.

I don't know if it's just me but it clearly sounded like she said, "I'm not one of these ******* that you can just beat on." At the end. Insert the N word with the hard R.

I thought she said motherfuckers. Damnit. I didn’t even hear that, gotta check it out again. You might be right.

In that case, fuck her. She deserved that rough up session. Still don’t make it right tho. Even dumbasses and racists get to be protected by their rights. I guess.

Police Investigate Video of Officer Punching Woman During Beach Arrest
A video showing an officer punching a woman on the back of the head at a Jersey Shore beach has gone viral. But a Wildwood official says the clip doesn’t show the whole story.

Police are investigating a viral video of an officer punching a woman while arresting her at the beach in Wildwood, New Jersey.

Emily Weinman, 20, of Philadelphia, was arrested Saturday and charged with aggravated assault on a police officer, aggravated assault by spitting bodily fluids at/on a police officer, disorderly conduct, resisting arrest, obstruction and minor in possession of alcohol.

Video of the arrest shows three officers holding Weinman down on the sand. One officer punches her on the back of the head as they restrain her. A woman in the background repeatedly yells “stop resisting.”

Wildwood Commissioner of Public Safety Tony Leonetti told NBC10 Weinman assaulted one of the officers first by kicking him in the groin and then running away, which the video does not show. Wildwood Police also say at one point Weinman spat at one of the officers.

In a Facebook post, which by Monday morning was apparently taken down, Weinman stated she and her friend were first confronted by two officers. While she admitted to being in possession of alcohol while underage, Weinman claims she wasn’t drinking at the time and that the alcohol was closed. She also said she took a breathalyzer test which came back negative. After the test, Weinman says the officers still stayed with her and one officer followed her as she walked away to make a phone call.

“Therefore I asked them don’t they have something better to do as cops than to stop people for underage drinking on the beach, saying to that there’s so much more serious stuff going on,” Weinman wrote. “The cop said, ‘I was gonna let you go but now I’ll write you up’ and he asked my name.”

Weinman said she didn’t give the officer her name because she “didn’t do anything wrong.” Weinman claims the officer then announced he was going to arrest her and walked toward her to place her in handcuffs.

“I tripped and fell and the cop tackled me to the ground and smashed my head into the sand,” Weinman wrote. “At that point I blacked out and fought any way possible trying to get up and push him off me.”

Weinman wrote that she was "partly wrong in a way" for not giving the officer her name but that she didn’t want to do it because she was scared.

“Like I said I didn’t do anything wrong and anything could’ve been written on that paper, the whole situation was iffy and I didn’t trust it,” she wrote. “Especially being aware of the fact of how grimy law enforcement can be now a days.”

Weinman has faced charges prior to Saturday's incident, including simple assault and criminal mischief, according to court records.

Since being posted on social media, the video has sparked debate, with some supporting the officers’ actions, others insisting that people wait for the entire story to emerge before passing judgment and others condemning what they believe to be excessive force from the officers.

Wildwood Police say an internal affairs investigation was immediately initiated on the incident and the officers involved were reassigned to administrative duty pending the outcome.

“Chief Regalbuto stated that while he finds this video to be alarming, he does not want to rush to any judgment until having the final results of the investigation,” a Wildwood Police spokesman wrote.

Leonetti also told NBC10 they’re waiting to see the body camera footage of the officer involved. The Cape May County Prosecutor's Office would not comment on the incident outside of saying it's under review and that the body camera footage will only be released once Wildwood police complete an internal affairs investigation.

Wildwood Mayor Ernie Troiano, Jr. told NBC10 the incident was not a reflection of the Jersey Shore town.

"It's really a shame that one minuscule incident happened that ruined it for the whole entire weekend which has been a great weekend," he said.

Police are asking anyone who witnessed the incident and has more video to contact Detective Lieutenant Kenneth Gallagher at 609-522-0222.

I'm sorry and maybe I've become a little callous or even a tad bit cold to her plight but that isn't the worst thing that they could have done to her. True she was confrontational and I agree that the situation could have been handled differently but I've seen to many of or brothers and sisters being beaten and murdered for less for me to have an abundance of sympathy for her. Now I don't know if what I thought I heard her say in the original post, which was "I'm not one of these niggas with the hard R that you can beat on" is actually what was said but I don't think it warranted the beating that she received. True there are a lot of our black men and women that have been treated way worst for far less it still doesn't make it right. And if she really did say what I thought I heard then she simply got a taste of the REAL American justice system. I also find it funny that they edited the news clip not to include her final statements. Then on top of that they had black reporters covering the story. My mistrust of the media is at an all time high at this point to be honest.
