htc headz: got my hero yesterday but....

for whatever reason i cannot connect to the net..... i can get wifi on my ipod touch but not my phone? my dude @ wk got a sprint moment & all his shit wk..... any suggestions???? other than that the phone is nice..... my first smart phone! im soooo cheap! none of my shit wk's sprint tv, fb, google, youtube.... the service tech told me im not in a coverage area...but EVERYBODY that comes in the spot i wk @ all can get on the net on their phns....wth??? & whats the best way to get bgol on the phn??

the evo is sold out!!!!!!!!!!!!! i needed a phone super bad!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i liked it!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i really needed a phone!!!!!!!!!!!!! & yes i do have the data joint added...... everybody dont like the same shit! & on another level its way more shit on my phone than i would like!!!! + the terms of the deal were very good for me.... so thats why i got the phone.

Take it to a Sprint store, and don't leave until it's working or they give you one that does work.

1.power off and remove battery, then replace and power back on.
2.press ##3282#
3.Enter your MSL or Master Subsidy Lock code
4.Select Data Restore
5.Phone will turn off then turn back on.

You should get your data services back that way! If not, wait on hold for another 1hr-2hr for a tech support rep and they will give the same instructions but in rude manner and eventually your Data services should work!
