How to respond to Bernie skeptics

I love Robert Reich. But he can't say all of those things with certainty.

I do agree Bernie's age doesn't matter.

But, Americans love the individual things in the ACA but more people dislike Obamacare than like it. Americans are dumb. So, people may like socialist ideas but dislike socialism. Makes no sense, but that's where we are.

We've already seen that Democratic turnout is down in this primary. So any talk of a Bernie Revolution sweeping Dems into power in Congress isn't credible at this point if Bernie can't even get record numbers of progressives to vote.

Bernie says he will pay for his programs with a tax on Wall Street speculation. But these companies are exceptionally good at hiding their money. What if the major financial companies decide to no longer trade on Wall Street? They could trade in London, Japan.. With money being able to be transferred easily, it wouldn't be too hard.

So if there was no more Wall Street speculation, where would Bernie get the money from?

So you can't say for certain these things would work.

Reich should just say, vote for Bernie because he best represents your values and you feel like he would do the best job.

He definitely is an accomplished man. I am a fan of his. Now, go ask him if any of the things he said is certain to happen.

Because, being the astute person you are, you realize that my stated point above is that he can't say those things are certain. I even said it twice.

So go ahead, ask him if any political or economic modeling or assumption is certain. Remember all those accomplishments you posted when he tells you the answer.
