If i had puff money i would have been quit. Ya whole family is set.

I mean but then again isn't that how rich entertainers/people become broke ones?

I was just thinking how much money would you have to make for you to be satisfied?

Really noone "needs" more than to take care of your bare necessities food shelter. But I would want at least 75 to 80 thou a year be able to go on vacation anywhere in the world at least two to three times a year and Id be great. Of course I wouldnt turn down Millions.

see.

wants ≥ needs ... for all real values of x, where x = pleasure = ∞

I dont even know....Right now money isnt even important to me.
I dont spend or act as superficial as I did when I was married-
I just love being happy and seeing my family smile.
Wow I cant even believe I cant even think of a dollar amount:eek:

I am a pretty content person, it would take much to satisfy me. As long as I am happy I am good.

So probably enough to not have to worry about bills and enough to take a vacation maybe 2 or 3 times a year without having to save up the rest of the year for it.

depends if you were living his life style. Basically he can't afford to stop unless he wants to stop balling and living his lifestyle. plus he has kids...

I am satisfied with my funds right now. Probably in the next 2 years, I'll be ready to step it up when I have dependents. Make a little bit more before retirement.

enough to where i can have an impulse purchase and not worry.

Branson has an island in the caribbean. i watched a documentary where
some ladies paid 30K/Night for 3nights to chill and party down there.

copperfield also has his own island, but its 250K a week to stay there.

now mind you all you have to do is show up. everything else is taken
care of.

i'd like penthouses in nyc and miami and with houses in ATL and LA.

$200,000 a year?

That's it?

That's ballin' theses days? That's what's hot in the streets right now?
I never said that was ballin. That's more than enough with a second income and someone who knows how to manage money :dunno:

This is true. People call MC Hammer broke. Hammer ain't broke he just brought his lifestyle down to manageble means.

Most people when they make that much money start to define themselves as that. Most people aren't smart enough to realize when that flow is going down and be able to plan accordingly.

Me? I want enough money to pay for what I want and be able to keep what I want for as long as I want. Now what I want will depend on how much money I have but as long as I can pay for it without worrying about paying for it then I am good.

What ever is enough to pay my debts...

...to allow me to never work again with a monthly allowance of 2 grand...

...enough for savings for my kids and future kids, and the kids in the family who deserve it...

...enough to purchase and rebuild my dream compound that's big enough for the family...

...and enough to take the fam on educational vacations...maybe three times a year...

If I Can get all of that and go to school when ever I want, whatever amount that is, I'll take. Though I know my compound is going to be at least 2mil.

How much? Give a figure!

Ok. So $2 million a year?

Enough to cover expenses and elimanate debt. Enough to take care of a family and a couple of wives. Enough to live in relative comfort. I would say 5 million tax free would do it. I am not a flashy person and have very simple needs. I could manage with 5 million tax free to start with and be able to build more wealth from there.

$5 Million aint simple needs money son.

I don't really have one. Like right now I am buying a house. But I make just enough money to pay my bills in a month and maybe splurge on a thing or two here or there. If I had enough money to pay this house off then I would be balling right? So say $150,000?

But when that's paid off and I got an extra $1200 or so a month to splurge with who's to say I wouldn't want a bigger house? So now I need more?

All I need is enough money to stay one step ahead of my current situation so I can focus on the next!

I'm not greedy? :dunno:

$1.

So I can get that double cheeseburger and be better off than the homeless man down the street.

Give me 3 mill after taxes and i'll be set for life...I would't even invest...pay of my crib....couple of nice cars...and chill...2 vacations a year....and hobbies....

Let me see...

Things I desire to my specifications:

2 Warehouses (1 to live in and the other to do my laboratory work...connected by subterranean tunnel systems of course) - $4 million

Lab equipment - $10 mil (I could go into specifics, but I'll do that later)

Utilities - $2 mil

1 motorcycle - $28,000

2 vehicles (1 sedan & 1 suv...audis are my preference) - $100,000

1 private plane - $400,000

The rest I would make possible by my own sweat and ball breaking effort.

This is all I require, nothing more, nothing less...

impulse purchase...se that's the thing. We buy the best of what we can afford. So your impulse purchase usually is going to get more expensive the richer you get.

I did not explain everything I would do with it in detail so you only came to this conclusion by the little information I provided. I thought I was answering the question that the OP posted:dunno:

In what state?

Better yet, what country?

And by household i'm assuming you mean with the wifey, 2.5 kids, dog and a picket fence?

Pittsburgh, PA

Yes sir, my Wife and I owned two properties since the age of 20 and 21 (we are ages 22 now) we have 2 sons, not a fan of dogs but I would like Parakeets again someday, and the white picket fence will go up once I get surveillance system.

So $80K household annual income is good in Pittsburgh?

Damn. I've lived in NYC too long. Wow.
