For the lovers of footwear, what's your shoe count?
~15 pair.
Do I wear them all? Nope.
Over 100 pairs. I used to go hard with sneakers when I was younger, I have a few pairs that are 15-20 years old
way too many... I only wear red bottoms though.. brah
Nice. I remember you talking about that in another thread. Guess you not a sneaker fan
Nice. How do you preserve them that long?
Just don’t wear themNice. How do you preserve them that long?
Yeap, usually black Adidas NMDs. When they get a little beat up, they become yard shoes. I have Chukkas and dress shoes for occasions. I have a few nice Nikes that are too nice to wear. lolYou probably have a favourite comfortable pair you wear
I have gym shoes...they all are LeBrons...women don't like tennis shoes so much...in social settings..brah
I'm ashamed to count them all, I need to send some of them to the Goodwill.....
Shoes (of all kinds) have resale value on ebay. You would be surprised at what people post for sale (that actually sells)
One of my coworkers has a few really good side hustles. He does carpet cleaning for homes & apartment buildings. He's had an industrial carpet cleaner / vacuum since the mid-2000s.
The other side hustle of the past 5 or so years ... he's got some record stores in his area. He buys stuff and resells it on Marketplace and Ebay. Usually it's older classic rock stuff. He's also an avid fisherman, and resells lots of fishing tackle, reels, etc. Like you said - you'd be surprised at what sells & for how much. I don't know what's what, or how much things are worth. But he said it goes for $$$
I can't help buying a nice pair of shoes.
I am definitely with you on that. There is just something about a nice clean new pair of shoes on your feet. As this is one of the first things women notice, it gets lots of traction.
Yeah, your co-worker knows whats up. I got some duplicate Reggae Records that i am about to throw up there myself. Anything goes on ebay.

Hands down the WORST advice for maximizing the life of your kicks... The different fabrics/materials used to make shoes need to be stretched and broken in... Also keeping them in the box not wearing them, will cause your shoes to oxidate - the mysterious dark/yellow circles that appear on unworn shoes... I use to think this was the answer too until I learned the hard way - so thankful for ReShoevn8rJust don’t wear them. Degradation is real tho I had a pair of Jordan 5 and Air Max 90 fail bad thisyear. Soles collapsed and everything it was embarrassing
