How many can you get?

I've seen another video where this same brother did a standing press with 400lb.

Brother is hella strong!

I'm not sure what good really comes from this. But I do know the potential bad side.

Mostly I was hoping this was not one of those "snap" videos.

There is not a real reason to squat 775. I couldn't even tell at a glance since I have NEVER attempted higher that 315.

No need.

He does need some calf work, though. Me too, but I thought I would point it out since he's so focused on Quads and Glutes.

Nah...
It's all in how you roll your hips...
He's good.
But I'M GOOD ON THAT SHIT!...

I'll stick to my 225lb squats.
not trying to prove nothing to no body!

I guess you haven't watched that Ronnie Coleman documentary? What he does is his money maker but your joints aren't supposed to be throwing up that much weight on a consistent basis.

I came in this thread. #paws. To say just that. I have osteoarthritis in both of my knees. I will need knee replacement surgery in my future. I have never had trauma to my knees but I did squat a lot. I thought I used good form and never let my knees go past my toes when squatting, but who knows.
