How easy is it to grow your own herb and set up an indoor hydro system?

Man I watched that whole shit. Good find.
There was a download link to this on here about a year ago, unfortunantly I cant find it.
What I love about this system is that its so small but every inch of the room is used effeciently.
This is one of the videos I saw that made me think I could grow. He's working with 18 plants: He's doing it way bigger than I want to, till I move to a legal state. At about 18:37 he starts talking about the weed odor.
He has a 'vapor tech odor control device'--whatever the fuck that is. He claims 'it spreads a balanced mixture of ether oil in the air,' and that it 'neutralizes the smell of weed in the air.' Has anybody seen one of these before and know if they work?

Dude yielded almost 15lbs of premium hydro in less than 80 days.

California's marijuana laws are fucked up though. If you get a medical marijuana card you go on a list accessible to employers. Employers can refuse to hire you or terminate you if you're already employed if they find out you have a medicinal marijuana license. Even if you have a medicinal marijuana card, employers can still drug test and fire you if you test positive for weed. God knows what the laws are for those who could otherwise get a professional license there.
That's some kind of cruel Greek tragedy or something: You can smoke weed legally, but if you do you have no guarantee of employment. That's why I wouldn't move to Cali just for weed, Cali's marijuana laws are fucked up.
Wrong, you know how many people I know with a card? Don't nobody give a fuck about weed out here. It's easy to clean weed out the system and you can't be fired for a medical reason. If a physician prescribes it, it's seen as medication. If you fire somebody for weed in the system it's a lawsuit. As long as they are not smoking on the job or affecting tehir performance.

It's not wrong. The employer has discretion. As long as they're not on the grill I'm sure McDonald's doesn't care if their workers get high. But for the rest of us...
how much is it worth to not have to hide from the cops? if you can grow hydroponic lettuce you can sell it for $2 a head maybe. its at least worth considering I guess but knock yourself out growing weed...
Its the best thing Ive used for odor completely eats up all smells from your garden. They use them in hospitals and other commercial buildings just plug it in the room and set the dial and your good. Their expensive but worth it Vaportek Optimum 4000 runs about $175-$200 but the cartridges cost like $50 and last about 3 months.

Its more than that brah. Do you know how much a ounce of kush cost??? $400-600.
Now imagine being able to grow your own, having a steady supply of 2-3 differnt types/strands of the most premium and NOT having to pay premium prices all the time.
Once the intial system is built and payed for the herb pays for itself.
I feel you ... i quit a while back and i admit this would be a dream come true for me... but the risk of jail is kind of off set by you getting nickeled and dimed by the dealers ... when you look at it like that they are charging you for that as well ... especially now a lot of states are decriminalizing it so a small amount of weed won't even get you in trouble
Doing this you face eviction, loss of property, fines and jail time ... all VERY COSTLY and damaging in their own right ...
I'm just looking from the outside in right now but this is what i am calculating ... but as I said ... I can sort of relate ... cause years back when i was smoking daily this would have got me GOING!!!
That's what I'm talking about. The one person I know that gets good mid grade gets it for $300 an oz. He re-sells it for $50 an eighth. I'd rather grow my own. Plus I don't smoke much. An ounce of some dro would last me a month. If I could grow 2-3 ounces every 4 weeks for four months or, so, I'd bottle it up and quit growing till I started running out of weed.
I dont care how good mid is there's no way i'd pay $300 a zip for it. I was getting some straight gas from a cat on Bolton Rd that used to trap out of Hollywood Courts for about $180 a oz. He usually cut me a deal because when I would blaze with cats they'd want to know where I got it from and i'd send him traffic though. But on average I was getting straight kill mode mids for $200 tops. And that was with 32 grams not 28.
Only bad thing is when you find niggas that have that good like that in the A they almost never are in the same spot and they usually go through spells when they dont have shit. The niggas THEY get the shit from youll never find because they wont give out their connects. I caught one cat.. believe it or not.. in the gas station parking lot right near the intersection of bankhead/abernathy that was getting off oz's of kush for $350. He was young.. and obviously stupid and had no idea what he was doing though. But he ALWAYS had it when you wanted it.
One thing i've noticed about the A now though is that some of these young cats seem to be getting smarter. After the PJ smash down a lot of them moved out to places like Smyrna, Vinings and Roswell and are hustling out of areas where they draw little attention. Not sure how long that'll last but I do have to say its nice not having to go to a run down trap to get good shit anymore. The first time I went in Hollywood Courts I just knew those niggas were about to try to rob me. So I made sure to walk in with a wife beater on with my 40 cal in visible sight lol.. fuck the dumb shit.

Yeah, I won't be running a gas generator because they make too much noise. My neighbors would know and it wouldn't take too long before someone tried to get curious and break into my crib when I'm at work or something.
yo man, alot of misinformation here will end up costing you time and money. there are a few ways to approach a small grow. do you have closet space, or going to buy a cabinet? the bucket grow is pretty simple, cheap and an easy way to learn the basics. check it out, if that doesnt work for you, go to barnes and noble and grab a beginners guide to growing. get a couple so that you can get a good grasp of the techniques and methods. good luck. peace.

maybe you could put the generator in another room and get a good ventilation system.
