I can understand women wanting a better protrayal of their own gender in music videos.But the responsibility is not just the artistes.In today's world music videos sell records.Records sales is not base on talent these days.It is how you market and package that product.Majority of the consumers gravitate to more visual stuffs not actual talent and authencity of the artistes.Yes music is in a sad state.
