How do I use comicrack? Getting error message, need help [Porn Inside]

*********got ahold of The Walking Dead comicRack links, but I need to load comicRack on laptop to see it. Downloaded the .exe and got these errors (note, my laptop crashed a year ago and since I didn't have my XP CDs so I got an XP they had at the computer shop. IDK what is wrong with it because

1. For some reason it won't recognize new hardware (external HDs, thumbdrives), though it recognizes the ones I have hooked up all the time)

Anyway, tried to open the file and got this message******

The program requires the .Net Framework. Would you like the installer to download it from microsoft.com? Pressing no may result in the program not working.

********clicked yes, got error message

Download failed connecting to host.

*******clicked on comicrack R got this error message.

Can somebody help me?
