If I remember correctly the length of the average vagina is closer to 9" than it is 4". (YWPMV) The thing to remember is it is most sensitive from the labia and say the first 2-3" in going in. As I remember as you get closer to the cervix the type of nerves change so there is more of a sense of pressure but not the same type of sensations.
