When he was in college he made it clear his sole focus was getting paid

He has ELITE talent but i don't think thr drive or motor is anywhere near that

However he isn't in the right defense or situation

Let him put his hand in the dirt and coach him up he can still be a double digit sack guy

Williams clearly did the right thing cuz when they moved to 3-4 he was no longer a fit as well got himself hurt lol

Honestly the Texans may want to do a big monster deal and trade Watt I know they want cuz he is the face of the franchise but man shit looks bad

I seen this shit coming. Shit I think most BGOL did. He's not the 1st or last guy to have crazy measurements and a crazy 40 for his size. His combine was unreal. I don't think the Texans could've passed him up but I said on here that whoever drafts Johnny Football or Clowney are going to get their GM's fired. I thought Johnny Football would get taken earlier than he did but that shit still remains.

Its still early for Clowney but he's never going to even touch his potential in that Texans defense. They just felt they could plug him in anywhere since he was fast and big.

Just said this to a buddy from Houston. Clowney is a bum. Remember i said to steer clear away from this guy before the draft. The right defense can make him serviceable. Mario Williams was smart to leave that outfit. Watt will waste away like Foster and AJ. This team is beyond trash.

Texans need to get rid of their GM that's the root of their problem. Dude has a terrible draft history, too many high round picks that can't see the field for whatever reasons. This has been going on for a couple years now and that's a major problem if they can't get success out of their high draft picks.

Oh and Obrien is overrated as fuck. Dude was labeled a "quarterback whisperer" when he coached for Penn Sate but NFL defenses are on a whole different level and you can't "whisper" shit to a back up QB that will make them better. The only reason they went 9-7 last year was because of Foster being healthy for most of the year and the defense causing a record number of turnovers. They should have know better to think that Foster was gonna be healthy this whole season again and the defense was just going to pick up where they left off

Obrien was stubborn and cocky not wanting to pick Bridgewater or Carr last year and they didn't even try to trade up this year to take a shot at one of the top rated QB's.

The entire scouting department, the GM, anyone associated with finding talent and filing out a roster needs to GO. Team has been ass since it's inception and the fans have continually supported them and their over valued game day experience both on and off the field.

Houstonians are dumb as fuck to continue to be apart of these shenanigans. The Astros doing it right under Luhnow. They sucked for years and built from within. Look at their success now. The Rockets have used analytics and a balls out approach to free agency and trades, all the while being in the playoffs or just missing the playoffs by a couple of games under Morey. Look at their success now. These teams built their own lane and are now WINNING. Astros will be good for the foreseeable future and the Rockets are in position this year and EVERY year to be a viable destination city for free agents.

True and False. I don't see Teddy as a game changer but at the same time could've provided some stability at the position. Houston's not about to have a black qb, but they need something.
