Houston super lawyer Tony Buzbee sues Deshaun Watson

ESPN's Sarah Barshop reports a member of Tony Buzbee’s legal team has approached Deshaun Watson to discuss "working things out."

It's the first signs of a potential settlement for Watson. The plaintiff side initiating talks also suggests there's some concern about the case. With training camp two months away, Watson should be motivated to settle, though his playing status will be subject to an NFL investigation. The NFL has interviewed four of the 22 women with lawsuits against Watson. Even if his legal issues are resolved, Watson is likely to be suspended for some or all of 2021 under the league's personal conduct policy.
They better take the $100,000 per person and dip out. They don't want their prostitution on trial, that's for sure.

I still say the fact that the two women who claim Watson forced them to perform oral sex on him weren’t the two main cases being pushed tells me that the lawsuits were bullshit. This whole thing has basically been forgotten now and will be settled without going to court and probably with most of the women not getting a dime

As soon as I heard they was doing civilly and not criminally I knew this was going to be bullshit

I looked at the author of this article and kept it pushin. Not reading one word.

Well damn

Well damn

That's why me too and believe her cannot sustain itself. Our entire justice falls apart with the presumptuous of innocence. Especially with all of these lying hoes on the prowl for a comeup.

Former Houston Texan and current Denver Broncos cornerback Kareem Jackson is informing the world that the disgruntled QB wants to be traded to the Broncos.

Jackson appeared on Aqib Talib’s Catchin’ Fades podcast on Wednesday to say that Watson has told him on multiple times he wants to be traded to Denver.

“[When] I signed back, he was like, ‘listen man, tell them I want to be in Denver,’” Jackson said on Aqib Talib’s podcast.

Ian Rapoport is reporting that his understanding is Watson is being recruited by a number of former teammates and players across the league. He doesn’t believe that Denver is definitively where he wants to be.

The 22 lawsuits against Watson have slowed down the trade market for him as no team can be for sure that he would be available for the upcoming season now that the NFL is investigating the claims as well. Until there’s a resolution there and with his legal situation, Watson’s situation is up in the air.

The Texans signed Watson to a four-year deal worth as much as $177 million heading into the 2020 season, paying him $39 million a year.

In 2020, Watson appeared in all 16 games for the Texans and completed 70.2 percent of his passes for 4,823 yards with 33 touchdowns and seven interceptions.
