This woman typed 4 paragraphs saying nothing, she is claiming the Assistant DA made all this up, so she saying the DA got false medical reports, witness statements, police statements, etc..

She said a lot to me because it was similar to my experience in that the prosecutor will do and say anything to win the case put in front of them including coercing false statements and embellishing facts to ensure that the defendant is on the ropes or held accountable based solely on their narrative and not the truth.

The police report I saw for my situation included some of the same language this alleged victim mentioned in hers that didn't happen nor have any physical evidence or medical documentation to support the injuries.

While all of y'all are entitled to your opinion a lot of y'all don't know what y'all talking about and solely base your opinion on assumptions. This shit is close to home for me and assumed that fairness and/or at a bare minimum common sense is factored in. IT IS NOT. An attorney used the term LEGAL THEATER when I was going through my situation meaning they say and do what needs to be said or done to get the outcomes desired. None of us know what transpired... like I said, believe the evidence. Y'all talking like y'all were there or have access to the damn discovery docs to condemn any party in this case.

For the record, If he did beat her ass he is fucked up and should be in jail. Period. What I do know is how this situation is playing out is similar to mine in that the prosecutor sounds fucked up.

Yes I have been through a situation like this with family/friends and one time including a child, I saw the bruises and heard the ORIGINAL STORY but later on when the women changed their minds they did the same thing this woman did start that "it didn't happen exactly like that" talk but never saying exactly what did happen. The guy was then able to claim they were lying on him and it "really wasn't that bad", I saw a child walking around with her arm in a cast and a neck brace but never was ever done to the guy because the mom got mad at the prosecutor claiming the prosecutor was making things up that she didn't say
