I'm not going to clown or cheer for dudes demise but if he's dumb enough to choose death over a vaccine and transplant then it's probably best it goes to someone else.

Organ transplant is an entirely different thing.
So many people are on the waiting list for these organs which are difficult to obtain and means life and death for so many of them.
To give an organ to someone who isn't willing to take the necessary steps to ensure the transplant is successful and isn't rejected over someone who needs it just as bad and is willing to do whatever is necessary would be immoral and illogical of the hospital.

My brother works for one of the largest lung transplant centers on the east coast and this is more common than you'd think. Flu vaccine, stopping drinking, smoking, etc are all requirements and people refuse to comply all the time. It's also an indicator that they likely won't keep up with the meds they'll need for the rest of their life

To even go to the emergency room you got to take a covid test. If hospitalized you will take serval while you are there. If they transfer you you got to take another one where ever you go.
Last july before O, 44% of the people hospitalized with breakthrough cases of COVID were people with compromised immune systems, be it by transplant, cancer or HIV. They represent 2.7% of the population. If they know how to transplant a heart, then they know what they are talking about. They shouldn't have to sit you down and say, "half of the people who got a transplant picked up COVID while here. The 90% of ones that survived that were vaccinated. Are you feeling lucky?"

They came to her for her permission to change the death certificate to covid but she would not go along with it and told them she was not changing her daughter death certificate......
