People really think some of these well known black actors be making millions which isn't the case at all.this is fucking crazy, but not at all surprising.
Yeah, but it's not unheard of some of our favorite black actors and actresses don't be making a lot of money in hollywood. He needs to fire his agent or some shit
Cause that shit is crazy for him to be struggling with all of the movies he's been in
this is fucking crazy, but not at all surprising.
That gif will forever be famous.![]()
I'm always seeing him as a secondary/tertiary actor in some movie. Keep playing the game or, better yet, try and create your own. No easy solutions.
I do agree with the bad money management part because there's a lot of black celebrities who don't save nor invest their money or know how to manage their money properly to keep for a rainy day or emergency.I know that we don't get paid the same as crackers in the entertainment industry but this nigga here is probably has really bad money management.
Yup, that could be true too.The divorce might have been a factor, who knows
Time for him to start doing those b straight to movie dvds.. be in a 100 titles nobody ever heard of or cared about but making bank… see Bruce Willis, Cuba goofing, Wesley snipes
That’s the point: the only one they want paid is them.Dude would have millions in the bank if he got royalties for how many times that GIF had been used on the Net.
I know that we don't get paid the same as crackers in the entertainment industry but this nigga here is probably has really bad money management.
Unless you getting those big multimillion contracts to do TV/Movies, you ain’t getting Jack shit.
You gotta hustle in Hollyweird.
Lots of actors if you read the credits for TV/Movies get “Producer” credits on their projects. That producer credit puts money in pocket.
And acting ain’t where the money is. Behind the camera is where the money is.
Like in Hip-Hop, every time a new artist debuts, every interview they always say “I Want To Start My Own Label And Produce”.
They say this cuz when they first get in, they think they gonna make millions selling records. They get in there and see all the money from their work is going to people who didn’t do jack shit to put the music out, but collecting big checks.
Majority of the people you see in the opening/end credits of TV/Movies actually started out acting and got smart and moved to positions behind the camera.
From the sound of it he ain't have no shit to lose!I hope bro didn't lose his shit in the LA fires. From the sound of things, he'd never recover from that.
I'm always hearing about how Nigerians are masters at hustling, especially on the The Coli where this trait is mentioned a lot, and thought it was weird that he wasn't doing better...You gotta hustle in Hollyweird.

Nobody can do the accent game like British actors and Black British actors are the best at it. But you're right, the dude has an obvious accent in every role he plays. This limits him to playing only Africans, African immigrants, or aliens. He got to step his game up. If he can't ditch the accent like Idris can, Like the dude from snowfall can, like Collin Farrel can his roles are gonna be limited to African/immigrant characters. His range his is problem. There aren't a lot of roles for those characters especially starring roles.
No being BLACK in amerikkka. Not looking for an excuse, cause he’s been in cinema for over 30 years and is struggling which sucks:
But
Wouldn’t some of that be on his agent?
He still has big movies on his name tho. He should do some TV shows. With his name he should get some cash.He got to step his game up. If he can't ditch the accent like Idris can, Like the dude from snowfall can, like Collin Farrel can his roles are gonna be limited to African/immigrant characters. His range his is problem. There aren't a lot of roles for those characters especially starring roles.
I hear u. But he not completely wrong tho. thats why its kind of surprising that he struggling. Cause he one of the few black actors that stay in big movies. The host is either trying to boost his ego or hasn't been exposed to many films if Djimon Hounsou was really the first Black actor he saw in a big budget film.
