And on Tuesday the lawyer for Tyrese Gibson's ex wife Norma Mitchell Gibson has demanded that the 38-year-old Fast & Furious star have a 'mental evaluation' in light of those 'recent, bizarre actions' according to TMZ.
Norma is applying for a permanent restraining order against her Baby Boy star ex and she argued that 'he's violated the temporary order by posting videos talking about 10-year-old Shayla.'

'I want you guys to know that to this day I don’t drink, smoke or on any level do I do drugs......... because of this high stress and very traumatic experience I was advised then ultimately connected with multiple therapist and psychiatrist I had a few private meetings and this particular drug that was suggested although maybe helpful to others had an adverse effect on me and this is the reason I had a complete meltdown online.'

'I’m in the clear now, this is being flushed out of my system and I’m already to get back at 100%,' he wrote in the revealing post. 'Please don’t chalk this up as “oversharing” a lot of people were effected by what these meds did to me over these last 2 months and this is my public apology a few I will make personally I’m so very sorry guys.'

Tyrese skips out on custody hearing

Tyrese Gibson did not attend his court hearing Tuesday, Page Six has learned.
A source told Page Six the “Fast & Furious” franchise actor was expected to appear in court over the custody battle he’s embroiled in with ex-wife Norma Gibson, but he didn’t show. Instead, his lawyer Terry Levich Ross, who filed for a substitution of attorney Monday, appeared in the Los Angeles court on his behalf.
At the hearing, Norma’s attorney, Aleen Khanjian, requested the judge demand a mental evaluation of actor, following the recent tumultuous activity on his social media pages, including an emotional breakdown and claims that “psych meds” caused it. The judge has yet to approve the request.
Khanjian also argued that recent videos about his daughter Shayla violate the gag order Norma received barring him from discussing Shayla online. Tyrese since has made his Instagram account private.
The court hearing wasn’t Tyrese’s only act of absentia, as he was also accused of bailing on court-approved visits with his daughter.

When a woman's fed up ... You pay child support on time and walk the fuck away. Reconnect with your child when they are an adult and you don't have to deal with the mother to see your child. If the father/child relationship can't be fixed even then ... walk away again. You can't and shouldn't beg a person to forgive you, or understand your thinking or be in your life.

I have not been following this story like a lot of you here might have done so could someone here please enlighten me as to HOW Tyrese "fucked up" and about what and is it justified?
He needs an intervention. I've seen fathers who really want their kids and the women are using the kids as leverage. It can break people. And imagine the mind poisoning she is doing to the child.
