I have never seen and book dealing with just that specifically. Perhaps someone has published a paper. But it would probably be pretty obscure. But but it will be covered in away that intersect with the Punic Wars in the Histories as written by Livy and Plutarch. If you haven't read these you should and not just the Punic War sections. They are the source for most of what we know about this period. Other more modern works are usually simply analyzing these works - with added archeological evidence of course.
