You understand that the presidential election has little effect on your life and you vote locally, state and congressional.
The makeup there has more to do with your day to day than either trump of Clinton will ever have.
People are in here screaming about the SCOTUS but aren't saying shit about the judges that are hearing the cases affecting us every day.
And congress will have to confirm any federal judges
And you also work to make a viable alternative party so that we aren't stuck voting for the same garbage candidates given to us by the establishment GOP and Dems who control the entire process and tell us who to vote for.

“It's not just cough,” the doctor said. “There's some hoarseness, there some throat clearing, in fact there's frequent throat clearing. When you have these trio of symptoms, you have to think of what I call throat burn reflux, which is acid reflux affecting the throat.”
Dr. Aviv says the former Secretary of State might have made a mistake by reaching for those lozenges.
If you're caught in an attack of acid reflux and can't stop coughing, the doctor tells us a lozenge is not the best way to go. There's actually a breathing technique that he says will shut off the cough like a light switch.
He says to "close your lips and sniff and instead of pushing the air out, tighten your core and as slowly as possible" make a small release in your lips and exhale.

Doesn't that happen in your sleep (choking cough) and not while you are awake in broad daylight? That is a serious issue too, but President Obama aint having coughing fits like that and he is a smoker as well.
She may have been quoted as saying that she has allergies and this happens every labor day. Some say that it could be related to high blood pressure medicine, which has serious coughing attacks listed as a side effect.
