Oh.. so when it gets out he wants to make a big deal about it. It was wrong and the school administrators just ignored it. Lets me think what else they may let go on and not do anything about it.

Exactly. Everyone always has to make a big deal out of things AFTER the fact. They know full well as adults they should have stepped in much sooner (in full) ... considering we fuckin' live in a world of camera phones and Youtube zombies. Bunch of mouth-breathin' teens in today's day and age. Of course they're gonna record that shit and spread it around.
And it's NOT like it's some random occurrence "rape dance". What the fuck is that shit? Kids have been bumpin' and grindin' in grade school and junior high (and high school) dances for DECADES. Hell ... I know most of us 20 - 30-somethings probably saw some raunchy shit like this while we were comin' up. And it's hardly "rape"-related ... considering you'll often see WILLING participants doin' that WHEELBARROW-type shit in North America (and Jamaica and wherever else) gettin' their grindin' on with the cats simulatin' gettin' that tap on, while often the chicks are going RIGHT ALONG WITH THAT SHIT grindin' back into the muthafuckas' jeans and shit.
