Hey people please be careful this virus is really heating up again around the world.

A few months ago, I decided to take advantage of President Trump's Operation Warp Speed and get vaccinated.

Like many of you, I have had a lot of misinformation thrown at me by politicians and the media during the pandemic. And, like many of you, I spent a lot of time sorting through it all, trying to make the best decision I could for myself and my family.

What I found was simple: Dr. Fauci and the "because science says so" crowd of arrogant, condescending politicians and bureaucrats were wrong about more than their mandates and shutdowns that have inflicted incalculable harm on our people and economy. They also misjudged the Trump vaccine plan, which rolled out just as safely, quickly, and effectively as the Trump administration promised.

When the Trump administration initiated Operation Warp Speed in May 2020, the president stated that a vaccine would become available by December of that year at the very latest. From the moment he made his announcement, the "expert" class tried to undermine those statements with baseless fear-mongering.

The New York Times ran an opinion piece claiming that whatever the Trump administration released would likely be a dangerous political stunt. CNN did the same. But no one did more to undercut public confidence in the vaccine than Joe Biden and Kamala Harris. Biden doubted that the vaccine would be "real," while Harris said in a nationally-televised debate that she would not take any vaccine the Trump administration had a hand in creating.

We all know what happened after the first vaccines were announced on Nov. 9, right after the presidential election. Scientists quickly began to praise the results of Operation Warp Speed, but by then the damage was already done. Because of what they heard from politicians and TV "experts," many Americans were scared the vaccines were not safe.

If President Biden, Vice President Harris, and others on the left truly care about increasing the vaccination rate and saving lives, they should admit they were wrong to cast doubt on Operation Warp Speed and give President Trump and his team the credit they are due for the development of a safe and effective vaccine in record time.

Based on the advice of my doctor, I determined that the benefits of getting vaccinated outweighed any potential risks.

I was also reassured after President Trump and his family were vaccinated. If getting vaccinated was safe enough for them, I felt it was safe enough for me.

As a candidate for governor, I interact with thousands of Arkansans. Being vaccinated would not only protect me but others as well, particularly those at highest risk.

I love Arkansas, and care about our people. When small businesses first took a hit at the beginning of the pandemic, I knew we had to do something to help. So my husband Bryan and I launched the Arkansas 30 Day Fund, raising and donating hundreds of thousands of dollars to small businesses across our state to keep their doors open and save jobs.

It was heartbreaking to witness men and women break down and cry with fear they would lose everything. It's something I never want to experience again. I believe the Trump vaccine will help keep our state open for business and our economy growing.

I believe in freedom and personal responsibility. Arkansans should not be told they can't work because their businesses or jobs are not essential. Our schools or churches should not be shut down. Large gatherings should not be banned. There should not be mandates to get vaccinated or to wear masks.

I understand that the decision to be vaccinated is deeply personal and not an easy one to make.

I have many friends who have expressed sincere concerns about being vaccinated, and it isn't my place to tell them what to do. But I also know that, like many others I've spoken with on the campaign trail, they are actively seeking information to help them make the decision that is right for them.

As the number of covid cases and hospitalizations once again rise exponentially in Arkansas, information is emerging that I hope people will consider.

Recent data demonstrates that those Arkansans who are not vaccinated are at significantly greater risk for serious illness from covid. In fact, 98 percent of covid patients currently hospitalized in our state and 99 percent of recent covid deaths were people who were not vaccinated. It's clear that the Trump vaccine works and is saving lives.

The benefits of getting vaccinated extend beyond protection from covid. Many of our hospitals are now dangerously close to maximum capacity due to rising covid cases. Our heroic doctors and nurses who have stood on the front lines of the pandemic need the ability to treat patients with other serious illnesses and emergencies as well.

Some pundits and politicians have resorted to bribing, mocking, and even name-calling to coerce people into taking the vaccine. But the truth is that many Arkansans who have concerns are simply trying to make responsible decisions for themselves, their families, and their communities.

So to anyone still considering the merits of vaccination, I leave you with this encouragement: Pray about it, discuss it with your family and your doctor. Filter out the noise and fear-mongering and condescension, and make the best, most informed decision you can that helps your family, community, and our great state be its very best.

Sarah Huckabee Sanders, the former Trump White House press secretary and Fox News pundit who is running for governor of Arkansas, said during a Friday appearance on Fox News that she would not institute mask or vaccine mandates if elected.
Sanders' comments come as Arkansas has had a resurgence of COVID-19. On Thursday, the Arkansas Department of Health reported that active cases of COVID-19 in the state had increased by more than 800, up to 12,779.

The department reported the deaths of two children from COVID-19 on the day Sanders said she wouldn't impose any safety regulations against the spread of the coronavirus.

"If I'm elected governor here in Arkansas, we will not have mask mandates, we will not have mandates on the vaccine ... because we believe in personal freedom and responsibility. That's one of the key cornerstones, frankly, of our country," Sanders told the hosts of Fox & Friends.

According to the Mayo Clinic, 44.4 percent of the total population in Arkansas has had at least one dose of a coronavirus vaccine, ranking it among the bottom 10 states in the country. By comparison, Hawaii, Massachusetts, and Vermont have vaccination rates above 70 percent, and the national average is 56.6 percent.

Dr. Rochelle Walensky, director of the Centers for Disease Control, told a hearing of the Senate Committee on Health, Education and Labor on Wednesday that 83 percent of new COVID cases are caused by the Delta variant of the virus, and that most of those infected are unvaccinated.

In contrast to Sanders' blanket statement, some institutions in Arkansas have instituted vaccine mandates. Arkansas Children's Hospital and the state's Washington Regional Medical Network said that all new hires would be required to be vaccinated.

In the interview, Sanders also said that President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris had "cast doubt" on the Operation Warp Speed program that was intended to help fund and accelerate the development of vaccines against the coronavirus and should "give President Trump and his administration the credit they are due" for the vaccine being developed and distributed.

But when Biden became president on January 20, the government had not yet secured millions of doses of vaccine from manufacturers Pfizer and Moderna, and agreements were not secured until the Biden administration was in place. The agreement for a total of 600 million doses to cover the entire population was not reached until February 11.

During her tenure as Donald Trump's spokesperson, Sanders made a habit of repeatedly lying to reporters.

Defending Trump's decision to fire then-FBI director James Comey in 2017, Sanders claimed that FBI agents had "lost confidence" in the director. But under oath during the Mueller investigation, she admitted fabricating the story.

She also lied about job creation figures under President Barack Obama, which she was forced later to acknowledge.

Dear Republicans,

Throughout history whenever there has been a religious leader, he usually dies for his followers.

Throughout history whenever there has been a cult leader, he wants his followers to die.

I don’t know what it’s like to devolve into a death cult from a once proud political party that must now hang its head in shame from the willful ignorance and flat imbecility of your racist leaders but the patriot in me still has a modicum of care for my fellow Americans who do not have the benefit of scientific literacy.

Have you ever once wondered why exactly every single person who has endeavored to help humanity advance in some way is a liberal?

Did you ever stop and wonder why 98.7% of both the National and Royal Academy of Scientists are liberals?

Who was the last conservative icon of yours who won a Nobel Prize?

How about a Pulitzer Prize?

Who is the go-to conservative intellectual giant you all turn to nowadays to be dazzled by with their vast intellect hmm?

Who is your favorite conservative civil rights leader then?

How about your favorite voting rights activist?

Humans naturally seek patterns so are you seeing the pattern here?

Say you had to build a bridge over some fast-moving river, would you want an engineer who is a member of the National Academy of Scientists or would you want someone from your local church to be in charge of that?

The point I am getting to is that everything that made our country great came from people who were intelligent and if any liberal had told you all that windmills cause cancer or that injecting disinfectant would cure the rona, you all would rightly get a bit crosseyed and rightly call them an idiot. **BUT** since you all decided to make an imbecile the leader of your new death cult, it’s *you all* who are the fools.

When anyone gets on television and says something ridiculously stupid, is there any doubt at all whose party they are in?

Yesterday CNN did an interview of a baseball coach who was in the hospital with the rona and he proudly said that if he knew he was going to get the rona and end up in the hospital, he wouldn’t take the vaccine because it’s something something ‘part of the agenda.’

To me and every sane person in the United States, that’s like saying if you know you are going to get shot tomorrow and you could put on a bullet proof vest, you wouldn’t do it because the libtards are trying to take your guns.

That’s how stupid you all are now and just to put a finer point on this undeniable fact, you’re now a bunch of plague rats.

Now I have to be perfectly honest with you fuckleberries, watching you all die from rona nourishes my soul because you all are actively and deliberately trying to destroy the United States which makes you my enemies. It makes me sad to say that too because you used to love this country in your own way but not anymore.

Since the novel coronavirus first got into human beings, it has evolved into five variants that we know of. There’s going to be more variants and because you all refuse to get vaccinated, what you’re really doing is serving as incubators for more deadly variants and guess what happens if one of these variants turns as deadly as smallpox or polio?

Every single one of those morons on Fox is vaccinated, ALL OF THEM! That’s a corporate policy incidentally implemented by the Australian who owns that station who you take your advice on how to be a ‘patriot.’

To be even more honest with you all, covid is killing you all, not the vaccinated and I am never going to cry about my enemy dying from their own stupidity but the problem is the plague rats brewing more virulent and deadly variants that will end up getting the world shut down again because you want to be the petulant cultist that Trump turned you into.

He wants you to die. If you’re not sure about that fact then ask Ashley Babbitt.

If Jesus were alive, he’d be telling you to get the vaccine.

How many more people have to die before you all see the wisdom of getting vaccinated? Give us a number so we don’t annoy you when we surpass whatever number your nihilistic brains can come up with.

Every single one of you who says, ‘it has a 98% survival rate’ is a scientifically illiterate imbecile.

If you think mRNA vaccines were made using fetal tissue, you are an imbecile.

If you think vaccines are part of some ‘agenda’ other than to keep your dumb asses alive, you are an imbecile.

You all need to divorce Trump fast because he is never going to be president again and if you think he will, you are an imbecile.
If you are a liberal who thinks I don’t know that the people who need to read this missive the most, won’t, guess what?

OUTER SPACEMajor Tom To Ground Control ...THERE'S A GIANT ASTEROID HEADED OUR WAY!!!

There's a notable, near-ish-collision on Earth -- or at least one that's looming -- and the object that may be about to crash is traveling at 18,000 MPH!!!

at a giant asteroid is about to pass Earth. It's somewhere between 318 and 720 feet in length ... about the size of the Taj Mahal and the Great Pyramid of Giza.

The thing's even got a name -- 2008 G020.

df1eef3de8ad49689913234603428eb6_md.jpg

Well, when we say near-collision, it's all relative. It's supposed to come as close as 2.8 million miles to our planet. In NASA-ese ... it's labeled an Apolo, which is a "near-Earth" designation.

To give you more context ... the Moon is 238,855 miles from Earth, while Mars is 236.5 million miles away. So, somewhere in the middle.

This won't be our closest encounter with G020. In 1901 it got 1 million miles from Earth.
Shhhhsh ... close call, right?
