also a lil update... remember i start my other post but kinda slack off because i have to really DIG to do my homework...
I decide to incorporate in the state of Florida...
but you can SAVE a lot of money by doing your due diglence by incorporating yourself or you can pay some money (and it will be a business expense) by using a service... i am using www.activefilings.com to assist me.. because their website is off the chain and the security on that site is like NSA's approved lol
anyway Business Plan and Marketing Plan is always changing.. but I am kicking myself but i have to deal with a personal issue during the first quarter but the 2nd quarter is almost 1/4 over.. (a quarter in the business world is 3 months... Jan-feb-March are consider to be the 1st quarter... April-May-June is the 2nd quarter...July-Aug-Sept is the 3rd quarter Oct-Nov-Dev is the 4th quarter)
