Here’s “Soho Karen!”
Miya Ponsetto, the woman the NYPD is seeking for allegedly falsely accusing the teen son of jazz trumpeter Keyon Harrold of stealing her missing iPhone has been found by the Post — and she’s not only defensive, but apparently hungry, too.
“I don’t know what the problem is here,” the 22-year-old tells our lensman during a fast-food run near her mother’s home in Piru, California, on Friday.
Exclusive video shows the 22-year-old walking out of a McDonald’s and into the parking lot, dressed in all black and wearing a face shield while carrying a drink and a bag of food.
Asked if she had any regrets about the incident, she replies on camera, “I’m good, thank you. Have a very good day. Take care of yourself.”
The photographer then asks Ponsetto if she had any concerns about the NYPD’s warrant for her arrest. She brushes off the question, instead declaring her age and ethnicity.

“I’m actually 22 so I don’t know what the problem is here,” she says. “And I’m also Puerto Rican so thank you. Take care of yourself.”
She has previously described herself as a mix of Italian, Puerto Rican, Greek and Vietnamese.
Ponsetto was identified by NYPD sources as the woman who allegedly lunged at 14-year-old Keyon Harrold Jr., accusing him of swiping her iPhone at the Arlo Hotel in Soho.

The shocking encounter was caught on video and posted on social media by the teen’s father on Sunday.
“I am furious!!! We see this crap happening all the time, but it hits different when it hits home!!!,” Harrold, who is black, wrote in the caption.
Ponsetto, who had previously been arrested twice for public intoxication and DUI, now faces assault, grand larceny and attempted robbery charges.

[FULL DETAILS] Miya Ponsetto's October DUI (the second such arrest in 4 months) was filmed by bystanders ... and yes, it's about as wild as we've come to expect, ending with this rant to cops: "There are gang members killing people right now and you're arresting a girl?". [FULL DETAILS] SoHo Karen: Miya Ponsetto's Court Arraignment via Zoom. Miya's been rung up on a ton of charges -- including attempted robbery, grand larceny, acting in a manner injurious to a child and two counts of attempted assault -- but she hasn't been charged with a hate crime, which is telling. Miya Ponsetto has been released, thanks to the D.A. conveniently neglecting to mention the victim was a 14 year old Black child that she attacked and tackled to the ground. This all comes after she was ARRESTED (Miya Taylor Ponsetto), in California, after being spotted in California when her name was released (and criminal record exposure) following the viral incident involving Keyon Harrold Jr. + his 14 year old son. BACKSTORY: A Black man (musician named Keyon Harrold) was minding his business, along with his 14 year old son, during his stay at Arlo Hotels when a random non-Black woman assaulted his son after falsely accusing him of stealing her phone. It's important to note the woman's phone was returned to her approx. 5 minutes after this recording, as she had left it in an Uber prior to growing violently Caucastic. She’s been sprung by the courts, but not the fashion police.
“Soho Karen” Miya Ponsetto gained national notoriety last month after she was arrested for allegedly attacking a 14-year-old black boy whom she wrongfully accused of stealing her iPhone. Now, the 22-year-old Californian has been accused of another crime: wearing sandals with socks, and other “trash” attire.
In various photos, the little hellion can be seen sporting a ragtag assortment of crop tops, Birkenstocks, black socks and leggings befitting a college student on laundry day, as pointed out by Twitter. She was even photographed wearing the egregious get-up at a Manhattan police precinct Saturday, shortly before she was arraigned for attempted assault on Keyon Harrold Jr.

Needless to say, social media was not impressed with “Soho Karen’s” sartorial choices.
“Who appears in front of a judge dressed in a crop top?” wrote one Twitter critic of the fashion faux pas. “This piece of trash, that’s who.”

“I think I’ve found my next Halloween costume,” quipped one wit on a pic of her sporting her trademark “uniform” — ankle shackles included — while strutting on her perp walk.
Another wrote, “Does she not have real clothes? She only has one look and no shoes? What a cartoon character.”
To be fair, Ponsetto has switched up her wardrobe on certain occasions. During an interview with Gayle King last week before her arrest, the former cheerleader donned a black baseball cap bearing the word “Daddy” — an item plentiful on retailers like Etsy — against her attorney’s wishes.
Meanwhile, footage shows her wearing jeans and a belt in lieu of her trademark leggings while tussling with cops during a DUI arrest in the weeks prior to the phone fiasco. She did, however, still sport her signature tattered Birkenstocks and cutoff top.

It appears that Ponsetto won’t be trading in her cringeworthy outfit for an orange jumpsuit anytime soon. She was released from NYPD custody last week.
Her next court date to face charges of attempted assault, attempted robbery, endangering the welfare of a child and grand larceny in the fourth degree is March 29. She remains on supervised release for her alleged attack on Harrold, which many deemed a racially motivated incident.
Ponsetto said she couldn’t be considered a racist due to her ethnicity. “I’m Puerto Rican,” the persona non grata told King. “I’m, like, a woman of color. I’m Italian, Greek, Puerto Rican.”
