Help ... Windows XP Service Pack 3 Wireless Connection

Long story short I was using Service Pack 2 when I decided to upgrade to XP SP3

I have finally finished installing & now I want to connect to the wireless networks but I can't find the tab which shows the "choose a wireless network"

I'm looking for this

It was so easy in SP2 ... how do you do it in SP3?

Is the wireless zero configuration service active ? see http://www.home-network-help.com/wireless-zero-configuration.html

Is your wifi NIC using a 3rd party ? Example on Dell laptops the Wifi NIC is controlled by the Dell configuration utility. Because of that the Wireless zero configuration is not active.
