Could be an issue with the video file or a missing codec. Update Windows media player. If that doesn't work, you can try installing CCCP which should playback almost everything. GSPOT is a free utility which identifies the codec required to play an AVI file and supplies other information as well. If that doesn't help, then you need to supply more information.
And please don't type in CAPS.
