You looked forward to watching the New York Knicks vs. Atlanta Hawks game yesterday at 6:00 PM only to find that the game was on "Amazon Prime," and you don't have that app on your television or your computer.
You started thinking:
"Who might be watching the game that lives in the building?"
When you thought about it you remember that Karen Washington is a big Knick fan and about a year ago she was asking you about big screen television and how she wanted to purchase a "Smart TV," so there was a good chance she might have "Prime."
You gave her a call and she said that she did and asked you did you want to watch the game with her?
To sweeten the deal you told her that you would bring her dinner, to which she said that you didn't have to, but you ran over to the local pizza shop and got her 2 pans of Spaghetti, Garlic knots and a large bottle of Brisk Iced Tea.
She was surprised and gave you a big hug and when she saw what you brought her and remarked:
"Thank you, this is great because now I don't have to cook tonight or tomorrow"
Then she added:
"This is almost like a date, and you got me thinking about giving you some too," and then she laughed and showed you what she was working with...

A few weeks ago the weather was really nice and the temperatures were in the mid 70s to lower 80s and your friend "Tee" was celebrating his birthday that week with a "House party."
The party was at his apartment in the Bronx and had extended to the rooftop since the weather was nice. So, if people wanted to smoke they had the option of going to the roof or if you felt you just needed some fresh air.
While you were there you started talking to this young lady named "Sunny," who was a friend of "Tee's" girlfriend and the conversation appeared to be going well because she was giving you her undivided attention.
After a while Sunny suggested you take a trip with her to the rooftop so that she could get some fresh air and she was curious as to how the view looked from there.
So, you went upstairs with her and as far as you could see you and "Sunny" were alone.
Now, keep in mind when you were talking to "Sunny" she was sitting down and you were focused on her eyes and had no idea what the rest of her body looked like?
"Damn," unexpected came out of your mouth when you saw the rest of "Sunny's" body, and she wasn't sure how to take that and asked:
"You don't think my ass is too big, do you?"
You told her:
"No, from where I stand your ass is Almost Perfect"
Sunny said:
"Almost?"
"My ass looks good enough to eat"
