It's difficult to tell whether your Real Estate Agent is flirty with you because she wants to make a sale or perhaps she might actually have some interest in you?
While you were there with your 2 female cousins she did they while they were looking at the kitchen...
She later told you that:
"It's a thriving community and as far as I know it's pretty safe, but you are welcome to come back in the evening to see how the neighborhood is at night"
She then said I have some photos of the area at night and took out her cell phone, but "accidently" show you this and said:
"Oops, I wasn't supposed to show you that, but I'll be here late tonight and I can drive you around the neighborhood if you're interested?"
