Your friend Isiah had to check himself into Lenox Hill hospital because he wasn't feeling the greatest and when he checked in they told him that his blood sugar was too high. In addition, to that there was an ulcer underneath his left foot that required treatment (this basically meant he was going to be there for a few weeks).
After a few days he gave you a phone call and you told him that you would come down and visit him and asked him did he need anything from the store? He did say that the food wasn't the greatest, however, he was on a restricted diet because they were trying to get his blood sugar levels down, so that meant nothing from McDonald's.
He did tell you that he was beginning to feel better and had more energy now than he did when he arrived and also told you that he was thinking about getting married.
"Married?" you asked
He explained that he has falling in love with Nurse Garcia, Katrina Garcia, and added that when you come to the hospital you can meet her.
The only problem was that Nurse Garcia worked from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM, and usually you were at home during those hours and not sure if he would be awake during that time?
Nevertheless, when you arrived at the hospital all he could do was talk about and how "thick" she was.
Now, of course you get a little concerned when some guys tell you a woman is "thick" because "thick" can vary to many and can also mean "fat," and we're talking overweight and obese, but hey to each his own.
Isiah said that sometimes at night if he is awake she will give him therapy (basically just trying to get him to sit up in bed and swing his legs). However, the other night he was dealing with some pain and the medication they gave him must have made he very sleepy so when she came in to work with him he was basically out of it.
Katrina did force him to do anything, but took that time to cool down since she had been running around a lot and one of the benefits of Isiah having a private room at the time was that she could close the door while she was working with him and not be disturbed.
Although, he was half asleep he noticed that Katrina appeared to be taking off her clothes (he remember before that she would complain about getting overheated because she was wearing "Skims," and they made her hot) probably because of all the heat in the room.
It was at that moment, unbeknownst to her that he got a decent view of her ass...
He felt that was good enough and that he could hold on to that memory, but then she took it a step further...

To add insult to injury all he could do was watch Katrina in silence, because he was not supposed to be on his feet because of the surgery. In addition, when she started stripped down the room was filled with whatever fragrance she was wearing.
While her fragrance was filling the room, whatever sense he had left was slowly leaving the room, but he knew that at this point all he could do was lay there in pain and enjoy the beautiful view.

You went out to Trina's (your sister) house on Long Island for a "Fourth of July" party this year and ended up spending the weekend there. She had quite a few of her female friends there, but most of them seemed to be into "Ballers."
Because you remained quiet around them and according to some of them appeared to be "well spoken" you were labelled a "nerd." So as the party was going on you basically "played the wall," and just observed how everyone was interacting with each other.
It was one of those "all that glitters is gold" type events and most of the women seemed to flock to the guys that were sporting jewelry and you don't own any rings, chains, wrist watches so you were losing in the "shiny trinket" department.
Basically, you enjoyed the food, music and the atmosphere, but for the most part you felt like you were invisible.

At night, after most people had left you were still cleaning up around the swimming pool when all of a sudden you hear an unfamiliar voice say:
"You missed a spot and because of that you're fired"
It was Jacki, one of Trina's long time friends and you were surprised she was still at the house because in your opinion Jacki was considered "Prime Real Estate."
Meaning that you watched several men "shoot their shot" for Jacki because she has "Azz for dayz," in addition to the fact that like Liam Neeson in "Taken" she has a reputation for having a very particular skill set.
So when you told her in your best "Stepin Fetchit" voice:
"Yes um ma'am youse right, I's sorry, don't fires me"
Jacki laughed and said:
"Ok, then you're going to have to clean me"

The majority of the times you've been there you ordered Vanilla Milkshakes (as well as seen other people with Vanilla Milkshakes), but it didn't occur to you that they had Chocolate Milkshakes also.
In a very polite tone, you said:
"Excuse me, but I overheard you ordering a Chocolate Milkshake, have they always had that flavor?"
She said:
"Yes, I get it all the time and it's delicious, and I order them with a Cherry on top to give my tongue an added treat."
"Thank you," you replied
She added:
"You look like the type of man that would enjoy the taste of a good Chocolate Milkshake"
