For years friends have told you not to get involved with women that live in your building because if you break up things might become difficult between you and her.
You can't deny that you are attracted to Marielle, but you never crossed that line that goes beyond "friendship."
Last Thursday, you went downstairs to get the mail and saw Marielle standing by the elevator and you struck up a conversation with her. She had recently got a new job and had a lot to say about the position and the people she worked with.
In the process of telling you she asked you would you be kind enough to walk her to the bank because she needed to use the ATM and pay a bill and withdraw some cash.
So, you took the walk since it was a nice warm summer evening and then returned home after a few stops on the way back.
As you were walking you noticed that Marielle would grimace from time to time and then place her hand on her lower back and rub her neck. You asked her was she okay, and she went on to explain that her new job has her standing a lot and she's been moving a few heavy boxes.
You suggested that maybe she go to a spa and see a masseuse.
Marielle said that is a good idea, but her financial situation isn't where it needs to be at the moment and she's not sure if her health care plan covers it?
She said:
"Maybe, I can hire you at a discount?"
You end up going back to Marielle's apartment and she spreads out a towel her bed and says:
"Come on, I trust you."
