Even if your state is in red....you still dont necessarily have to give up your ID. But the thing is that "Probable cause" bs is what throws a monkeywrench into the game.
What most cops consider Probable cause when they pull over a lot of Black Men is in fact not a Probable cause at all. And thats one of the problems.

Man, I never agreed with the cop! He was a complete dick! Dude had the right to do what he did, I just thought he could have chilled a bit. He was in a power position but you never know what crookedness these cops are on. He gave them what they needed and 5-0 still was being an ass.

The funny thing is I was bothered in a hotel's parking lot because they thought I was a sex worker. I laughed my ass off until they told me that the hotel(downtown) was known for its GAY activity! And my co-worker, who was questionable as it was, booked it because he says he stays there all the time. There were no more questions for me!
