The prosecution will have it hard too. Lost evidence chain of command, I don't recall son getting read his Miranda Rights, the DNA test without being charged with a crime, etc.
They did a great job of laying the foundation, and when son grabbed that knife that was a real ass scene. The audience and dude both knew his DNA was all over that knife, but he failed to realize his shit is everywhere else so fuck that knife and bounce. He was never arrested before they couldn't have pinned this on him.

ya his real fuck up was leaving the cab keys behind...then again bodie stumbling on the scene was inevitable...plus if they had to end up showing her face on the news...not just bodie but the hearse driver woulda stepped forward as a witness too...as it is we'll def see him again...he def got a good look @ her behind her tossing the cig his way...they focused too much on him staring her down for it not to...kid going thru the tollbooth and the gas station footage of him will also come into play
