The show has become way more watchable now that the extra characters from the guys side of the store are involved.

Yup sometimes ghosting is a pride thing or a childish game. Male and Female play with each other. They really was feeling one another, that’s why they agree to hangout in the first place. Then pride kicks in, I’m not calling or texting her/him. Because she/he hasn’t texted or called me first. Days/weeks go by of playing this game which results in ghosting.
I’m let the story play out...but if he really is ghost (considering the circumstances) then he won’t really feeling her...that’s part of the game...making the other person think you do til you get what you want...very “gutsy” writing to introduce a new character and then write them off like that...I’d be surprised tho if they don’t have him appear in the season finale to explain shit/wrap shit up
I'm guessing Nathan has been in jail. Wasn't the last conversation Issa had on the phone with the woman about her no longer needing to come into court because Nathsn took care of it? It's going to circle back to his "how do you know it's real" question when he was willing to go to jail to keep her from needing to testify against big dude that got beat up in the car
I thought Nathan left because of the hesitation Issa gave him in the bed scene. He said I really like you a lot. And when it was her time to respond she paused and hesitated. I assumed right then and there. Nathan thought to himself, she not feeling me like I’m feeling her. That was the last time you heard from him.

I've been ghosted before many moons ago. The first couple of days I was like well she's busy then I was like oh is she dead? Then I saw her and I was like ok damn and I began to not even stress over it
It made me think she wasn't adult enough to say let's not talk so why worry over her? And that worked
Saw her later bout couple years down the line and she tried to speak and be cordial and I was cordial back. She texted me later talking about how seeing me made me realize this and that to which I said " I'm not interested in talking to you like that"... Which is what she knows she should've done. And said as much.

Idk about her being a caricature. Being a woman, I can tell you a lot of women, especially after following a failed relationship or just during a low point, will obsess over a new guy, ESPECIALLY if he ghosted on you. It's part of the availability we now have to people because of social media. We definitely e-stalk exes or current guys we're dating - what they were showing was pretty damn real, yet ugly. The ugly side of being a single woman or, shit, just social media.
I feel you on that but people generally don't drift too far from who they are. It just seems like Issa just goes from one random act of behavior to another this season. She's on some Lucille Ball doing anything for a laugh shit this season.
This was a girl that cussed a dude out for busting on her face a season ago (while in her "hoe phase") to jumping in a pool naked and fucking a relative stranger on a ferris wheel. I didn't trip on that cause women can be on that emotional contractictary shit. experiences change ppl...her behavior now is not farfetched @ all imo given her most recent experiences...she’s been severely humbled by her failed relationships...stagnant job (now no job)...lack of true purpose and could barely keep an apartment...she’s @ a pretty low point in her life and many times this can bring about the “changes” she’s experienced in a person especially when they’re looking for anything/anyone to make them feel special about themselves...not saying nathan conned her out her panties but if he did he swooped in @ exactly the right moment...when issa was desperate and @ her lowest

I don’t know what to say to that in bold... re: pride tho...it’s easy for that shit to fall when it’s false...the show is called “insecure” (I’m not saying this to be facetious or condescending)...she’s never been really prideful imo...she put up a front like a lot of ppl do...now she’s seeing what good it’s done for her and she’s humbled

also re: lawrence...I thought he was angling to hit shorty up initially but he was really soul searching after just running thru bitches to his own detriment...ppl do that in different ways...shit I had to have a serious look in the mirror a few months back when I felt I was going overboard...I was LUCKY to come away unscathed but for the first time I was truly worried about the potential consequences...and had to dig deep and question myself and some of the decisions I make re: women and fortunately I just had nothing but time to just get back in touch w/ myself...question my motives and ask myself some serious shit...but most importantly establish what changes I had to make...for a lot of men (not saying all...not saying most) they run thru women w/ no regard...some grow out of it by their 30s...some later...some never...depending on where you fall it can take its toll on you eventually...dude is a professional man in his 30s having to explain to a doctor he has the clap that he got from bitches he barely likes/respects...that shit ain’t cool...he may not need jesus but he need something lol
