Yeah, that cornball ex-host of Comedy Central's 'The Nightly Show' is an Executive Producer here.
In some way he helped Issa bring this to TV from the interne.
Maybe just finding the people who found the people who do the music, writing, location, some of the corny jokes.

I guess we wanna know who made the decision to cast Dominique Perry as Tasha, 'cuz she's PERFECT.
She quietly snook up on us - she started as a chic who just wanted to be with a good Brother, but couldn't because he was taken.
She had her own ambitions, "I'm taking classes at the community college so I can move up to Branch Manager."
When the good Brother found himself adrift -

EDIT: Binge-watched last night and finished the season. Glad they didn't leave Lawrence in total simp mode, taking Issa back on some "We can work it out, baby..." shit. I bet it was Wilmore or another male writer who put in the scene of ole boy smashin that bank teller pussy.
Overall the show is alright. Most people in here have made valid points. I wouldn't call it groundbreaking TV or remarkable writing...but it's kinda interesting -- probably more interesting to people in that age group or out on the dating scene. But maybe it's just me....some of the dialogue is hard to follow...MFs speaking L.A. hood-ese and talking fast as fuck! And do black women really call each other "bitch" every 5 seconds? ... And my 2 cents on the Molly character is that she's the kind of scatter-brained, don't-know-what-the-fuck-she-wants, so-called professional woman that I would avoid like the plague. She is Annoying As Fuck.

Hell yeah and that is most likely the reason behind her quirky personality. She had to make up for not having any type or tits or ass..she had to develop a fun personality to get dudes...or she fucks with white dudes.
