I will say this, I love the way Ward is sitting on his punches more, as well as how he keeps his chin tucked which will be huge against Kovalev. Only issue is, I still don't see him as a hard enough puncher to keep Kovalev off of him, and he's fighting a guy who doesn't initiate exchanges so it's hard to gauge how he will do against a fighter like Kovalev who is always coming forward and throwing. Good get the rust off fight though, but I think he needs to go directly into the Kovalev fight.
Also, I guess what Roy said about Dude not really being seasoned and having not fought anybody really until tonight doesn't echo what I said earlier... I guess Roy doesn't know what the hell he's talking about either

I wasn't dismissive of Ward, I actually said in a previous post he is one of the best and a world Class fighter. I said I wasn't impressed with the guy he was fighting and I wasn't. Not taking anything away from Wards skills, he is a beast, however if Kovalev fought and dominated this guy, you all would be talking about how he needs to step up his competition....
