i am healthy. i have been this way for as long as i can remember.
i don't eat junk food/fast food. i don't do candy. my diet is primarily fresh veggies and lean meats. i drink at least a gallon of water/unsweetened green tea every day.

Angel soft ultra 400 sheets per roll, it's also slightly wider as it was years ago, since others shrink their rolls now. Don't get the one that is 450 sheets, that's trash.

If I have to buy local I buy Meijer brand soft n strong. I thought it would be the same as Charmin soft and strong but I like it a bit better. It also doesnt leave pieces and lasts a long time. It's softer than the Angel soft.
When I had Costco I used to buy their Kirkland brand and it was ok. Something changed where I didn't like it as much but I don't recall what.

i shop at costco. i buy the giant package of charmin strong or soft whenever either one is on sale. i think it is ridiculous to not keep staples in the house at all times. same with soap, washing detergent, deodorant, etc... bean, greens, potatoes, tomatoes...... you naaaame it....
