Yeah McNair and Winston. Those were the only two QBs I can think of myself. But these scouts don't be knowing shit, that's why you have to have a good ass internal scouting department (hence Dallas).
Dak coach even said Dallas was the only team to make serious inquiries about him. That to me says alot about their internal scouting department.

Dallas brought in 6 other QBs from last years draft and spoke to them in addition to Dak and tried a couple of times in last years draft to draft other QBs before they finally drafted Dak.

It was always (by all the scouts) that he was a sure thing

Jameis is a good one.. I don't think there was a cloud over his ability to play... just the off the field shit they tried to kill him with... scouts were saying he was too slow to play in the nfl..which was wild.

Yo..something that made me think about this was because I was reading mock drafts and some cracka (not about QBs) had some shit to say about all the RBs..except mccaffrey...and he was like clearly mccaffrey should be the first RB off the board... i was like...da fuck? and then he was like this should be the first year that a QB doesn't get taken in the 1st round.... which you know what he's saying because all the good QBs are black this year

If you want to know how NFL QB scouting really works, just look at the year Kyle Boller was drafted in the 1st round.

He and Reggie Ball had the same stats, and Kyle Boller had a 1st round grade because he ran a 4.6. Meanwhile Ball (who had 4.5 speed) went undrafted

In NFL whites have Tight Ends, O and D Lineman and some linebackers here and there like Urlacher besides the QB positions. NHL is overwhelmingly white still and MLB still has a lot of whites
