Has anyone else been experiening late payment on the job latley

Its common in the field that I'm in.
Private contractors usually have to wait
30 days for payment but lately these
muthafuckas are paying 45 to 60 days.

This shit burns me up.

I know they keep your money in the account and draw interest but damn.

Anyone else?

I work in the finance department and most company like mine are set up to paid invoices on an net 45/60 days. We have been on Credit holds alot because they take their time to paid.

Thanks yeah its common with a couple companies but now its seems like a growing trend.

A company called GLP here that does the set up for Conventions said that
I cashed my checks and even sent me stubs with signatures. I was told its
out of their hands and the next step is a lawyer.

Shit is getting crazy out here. Beware.

Unions dont fight for workers anymore either...Not here they dont.

We've received more late payment from clients this year than ever before but are you saying someone signed & cashed/ deposited your checks other than you? Damn homie.
