Has anybody tried the new Firefox Quantum Browser? It's super quick fast. I opened the browser and it said it updated to Firefox Quantum. I'm like," Ok, whatever." Then I started surfing a few pages. And yeah... it's noticeably faster. It was fast already, but the pages load even faster now. Pretty impressive!

Also they changed the logo a bit and updated the U.I. a bit. Supposedly they added some new features, haven't looked into those yet. But the speed, it's amazing.

Anybody else notice this, or had a chance to play around with the browser yet?

Just tested tumblr, which would sometimes page load slow. Now I can move through pages with ease. The new Quantum browser is quite zippy!

If you like that then download the Brave browser. It was created by the original developer of Firefox whom also invented JavaScript. It has a lot of built in security features and is the fastest browser I've ever used.

Took it for a test drive and it is fast but the downside is that no script no longer works and I have tried 4 other script blockers and none are as good. I'll wait for some plug-in updates before I make the permanent switch.

I'm using chrome, but I'm going to try firefox quantum today. I heard that firefox is open source so that's a plus, while chrome isn't.
