Thanks playa, I had a pretty good day. Nothing spectacular, but a good on nonetheless. I'm going to someone's birthday party on Saturday, and some friends are having something for me and another one of the homies whose birthday is also coming up soon. That should be in 2 weeks. In addition to those things a young lady has offered to take me out for dinner when she comes to town in a couple weeks...:yes:

Thanks fellas. It was a good birthday, and as I mentioned there will be an official celebration next weekend when some friends and I will get together and do the damn thing for my birthday and the birthday of one of the other folks in the group.

Update: Last night was the night they had the gathering for me and the other guy. I finally asked him when his birthday was too...:lol:...Turns out his hasn't come yet but it will be here next week, so picking 2/6 was right in between my actual birthday, and his. Anyway, it was a great night despite the fact that I'm still a little under the weather. There were about 15 of us and we went out to eat at a nice Italian Restaurant here in town. His girlfriend paid for his meal, and my homegirl paid for mine, they also had and ice cream cake made for us. After sitting in the restaurant for a couple hours we went to a bowling alley and hung out in there for a while. I shot some pool, and when we were called I was one of the people who bowled as well. Overall, it was cool and I'm glad I have folks around me who are willing to do that kind of thing...
