Look at the srea around the stump.

They did a respectable job, but you can see the blur and warping around it.

The bottom of the shadow of her "one" leg is a little off too.

I'm sorry but I've been in the graphic design business for about 14 years and I don't see where this is photoshopped. If you look at the leg, or lack there of, the pixel integrity has NOT been compromised. And you would have to be FLAWLESS using the clone tool in PS. And the color is just too consistent through out.

I'm not taking the time to do an image pointing out the flaws, but save the image to your desktop and zoom in; I didn't need to do that to see it, but you will see what I mentioned above, besides the cast/wrap being too bright.
