[blackbull1970]

RIP.

And the Orange Moron is still walking and breathing…

[blackbull1970]

One of the best, comedic scenes from that film.

[Dirtylakerie]

That's where the "Turn it OFFFF-UH!!!" meme came from

That scene alone, is worth the watch. Dude was shaking the theater seat and slobbering all over the place.

[HNIC]

I loved Hal Williams in 227 as Lester Jenkins and as Smitty on Sanford & Son
He will be making people laugh for generations to come.

R.I.P. Brother

R.I.P. I had no clue that he was still alive

[Keyz]

Damn, I was just watching some 227 reruns on Tubi yesterday. Enjoyed him in that role and as Smitty on Sanford and Son. RIP.

RIP Hal Williams

[Entrepronegro]

I was a huge 227 fan growing up and still am. Hal Williams (Lester Jenkins) was a influential character and it was nice to see him as a good representation of a father.

RIP Hal Williams

[notreally]

The only "cop" whose passing I'd mourn.

Rest in Peace. Rise in light.

[Darkness's]

R.i.p. he was with us for a long time and 9 years is good age for a black man

RIP to an awesome actor who always had that great 1-liner or come back. On a side note isn’t Hoppy still alive? If so he’s the last surviving member of Sanford and Son

Yes. Hoppy is still alive. Thats it. Donna died last year.

[jack walsh13]

I forgot all about this. R.I.P.
