That's not true. Very few people in Atlanta do that and it's not anymore than in other states . I interact with a lot of people in Atlanta, in my profession, and I can tell you that black professionals are very careful with their money

Cool, the only thing was that back in the days when we had the real estate boom, a lot of people became rich loan officers and they thought it would go forever, then the bottom fell out and they hit hard times. Apart from that, a lot of us are even more responsible than white professionals because we had to work harder for our earnings.

Cool, the only thing was that back in the days when we had the real estate boom, a lot of people became rich loan officers and they thought it would go forever, then the bottom fell out and they hit hard times. Apart from that, a lot of us are even more responsible than white professionals because we had to work harder for our earnings.

I know someone in prison from the "quick, fast" mortgage money. I also know a couple of other cats that owned their own mortgage brokerage businesses. I remember the extreme flossing back then, it was pitiful.
