Right he was! I met him and he actually kicked it and dropped knowledge while i was at a spot in L.A., he was real cool and polite.

He was in the top 10 but people never gave him his props.

Premo can't do anything with or in the name of Gangstarr because of legal issues.

He never "owned" the named or was a partner in the ownership sense of Gangstarr.

He was only a performer in the group. For what it's worth, Guru's father was a judge/lawyer and his contracts were worded very well.
